This lovely architectural model is my first collection which I bought from the National Art Center Tokyo.
I was glad that I have tools and spare paper at home as I suddenly wanted to make this model in the mid-night on the Boxing Day. Using a handmade blue paper as river and regular brown wrapping paper as the river banks.
Looking forward that there will be a 'City' series like London, Kyoto and Hong Kong in future.

私が国立新美術館ではじめて買った可愛らしい添景セットの写真です。
ボクシングデー（クリスマスの翌日の祭日）の夜中に急に作りたくなったのですが、道具と紙のスペアが家にあったのでよかったです。手元にあった青い紙を川に見立て、普通の茶色の包装紙で土手を作りました。
ロンドンや京都、香港など「街」シリーズができることを楽しみにしています。

First of all, I have to apologize that it tooks long time to upload your fantastic images at HP.
I am very much appreciated and I did not expected to receive such a Japanese autumn image from Hong Kong.
I think your original paper work of river and bank is very beautiful. Especially how you treat/rip the parer at edge of bank is well done.
And I would like to point out your camera and lighting work is very effective.
I did studied at London long time ago. (At that time I had a Hong Kong girl friend.) So I would like to create London and Hong Kong version sometime.

まず、このすばらしい作品をHPにアップするのに時間がかかってしまいました。すいません、、、
まさか、香港からこんなに日本的な秋の情景が届くとは思っていませんでした。とっても感謝しています。
特にオリジナルで製作した川と土手の表現がすばらしいと思います。土手の縁の部分の紙を破いた感じがステキですね。
それから、カメラワーク、照明がとても効果的ですね。
私はずいぶん昔ですがロンドンに留学していた経験があります。（その時の彼女は香港の子でした。）
なので、いつかはロンドン編と香港編はつくりたいと思っています。
